1. About these terms

These terms govern your use of this website and its public forms. The website is operated by 2Touch International Pte. Ltd. (UEN 201428929Z), Singapore. By using the website or submitting a form, you agree to these terms and acknowledge our Privacy Notice.

2. Eligibility

You must be legally able to provide the information you submit. Academy applicants must be at least 18 years old. You must not submit another person’s personal data without their authority or another lawful basis.

3. Accurate and appropriate submissions

Information you submit must be truthful, current and not misleading. You must not upload or link to unlawful, infringing, harmful or unauthorised material, impersonate another person, interfere with the website, bypass security controls or use automated submissions.

4. No guarantee or appointment

A form submission, acknowledgement, review or response does not create an agency, representation, employment, partnership, advisory or other contractual relationship. It does not guarantee representation, a trial, transfer, placement, admission to the Academy, enrolment, payment opportunity or response. Any engagement requires separate written agreement by an authorised 2Ti representative.

5. Website information

Website content is general information only and is not legal, financial, immigration, employment or career advice. Football information changes quickly, and we do not promise that every item will always be complete, current or error-free.

6. Intellectual property

Unless stated otherwise, the website’s branding, design, text and original content belong to 2Ti or its licensors. You may view the website for personal or legitimate business evaluation, but may not reproduce, republish or commercially exploit it without permission. You retain rights in material you submit and permit us to use it only as reasonably necessary to review and respond to your submission.

7. Third-party services and links

The website may link to third-party services or public football profiles. Those services operate under their own terms and privacy practices. 2Ti is not responsible for third-party content, availability or security.

8. Availability and liability

We may change, suspend or withdraw parts of the website. To the maximum extent permitted by law, the website is provided on an “as available” basis and 2Ti excludes implied warranties and liability for indirect or consequential loss arising solely from use of the website. Nothing in these terms excludes liability that cannot lawfully be excluded.

9. Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of Singapore. The courts of Singapore have non-exclusive jurisdiction over disputes relating to the website.
