2Touch International Pte. Ltd. (UEN 201428929Z) (“2Ti”, “we”, “us” or “our”) is a Singapore football agency. This notice explains how we collect, use, disclose, store and protect personal data submitted through this website.

2. Information we collect

Depending on how you contact us, we may collect:

• identity and contact details, including name, email address, telephone number and country;
• football profile information, including date of birth, nationality, position, club, contract, physical profile and links to public profiles or videos;
• Academy application information, including age, occupation, experience, motivation, goals and professional-profile links;
• club, coach, partnership and other enquiry information you choose to provide; and
• technical and anti-abuse information needed to operate and protect our forms, such as IP-related verification signals.

Please do not submit sensitive information that we have not requested.

3. Why we use it

We use personal data to receive and assess submissions, respond to enquiries, evaluate potential representation or football opportunities, administer Academy applications, prevent abuse, maintain records, improve our services and comply with legal or regulatory obligations. Submitting a profile or application does not guarantee representation, placement, admission or any commercial relationship.

4. How we share information

We may disclose relevant information to authorised 2Ti personnel and service providers that support our website, database, security and communications. Where reasonably necessary for an enquiry or opportunity, and subject to an appropriate basis for doing so, we may also share relevant information with clubs, football organisations, professional advisers or business partners. We do not sell personal data.

5. International processing

Football opportunities and some technology providers may involve processing outside Singapore. Where personal data is transferred overseas, we take reasonable steps to ensure it receives protection comparable to that required under Singapore law.

6. Retention and security

We retain personal data only for as long as reasonably needed for the purpose for which it was collected, our legitimate business records, dispute resolution or legal obligations. We use reasonable administrative, technical and organisational safeguards, but no online system is completely risk-free.

7. Your choices and requests

Subject to applicable law, you may ask to access or correct personal data we hold about you, withdraw consent with reasonable notice, or raise a question or complaint about our handling of personal data. Withdrawal may prevent us from continuing to assess or respond to your submission.

8. Age requirement

The Academy application is available only to people aged 18 or older. If we learn that an Academy application was submitted by a person under 18, we may delete it and stop processing the application.
