Programme Registration Terms
These terms are intended for 2Ti Academy short courses and professional-development programmes. The programme page and registration checkout form part of these terms.

1. Registration and payment
A registration is not confirmed until the applicable programme fee has been successfully paid and 2Touch International (2Ti) has received verified payment confirmation. Submission of a registration form without successful payment does not reserve a place.
2. Programme eligibility and discounted rates
Where a discounted rate is offered to a defined group, including NROC coaches, the participant must provide accurate eligibility information. 2Ti may request reasonable evidence of eligibility. If a participant is not eligible for the selected discounted rate, 2Ti may request payment of the difference before confirming participation.
3. Participant cancellations and transfers
A participant may request a full refund by notifying 2Ti at least 14 calendar days before the scheduled programme date. Cancellations received less than 14 calendar days before the programme are non-refundable. A participant who can no longer attend may transfer the place to another eligible person by notifying 2Ti before the programme, subject to any programme eligibility requirements and 2Ti confirming the replacement participant.
4. Rescheduling or cancellation by 2Ti
2Ti may reschedule a programme where the minimum viable cohort is not achieved or where circumstances reasonably prevent delivery on the published date. If 2Ti reschedules the programme, registered participants may transfer their registration to the replacement date or request a full refund of the programme fee paid. If 2Ti cancels the programme without a replacement date, the programme fee paid will be refunded.
5. Programme changes
2Ti may make reasonable changes to the programme sequence, session timings, learning activities, delivery arrangements or lecturer/facilitator where necessary, provided the overall purpose and nature of the programme remain materially consistent.
6. Attendance and certificate
Any Certificate of Participation is subject to the participant attending the programme to the standard communicated by 2Ti. Certificates recognise participation and do not represent a professional licence, academic qualification or regulatory accreditation unless expressly stated.
7. CCE and external recognition
No Continuing Coach Education (CCE) hours or other external accreditation are promised unless 2Ti expressly confirms that recognition in writing for the relevant programme.
8. Participant conduct
Participants are expected to behave professionally and respectfully. 2Ti may remove a participant whose conduct materially disrupts the programme, creates a safety concern or seriously affects other participants or staff.
9. Learning materials and intellectual property
Programme slides, handouts, frameworks and other learning materials supplied by 2Ti are for the participant’s personal learning use. They may not be commercially reproduced, republished, sold, distributed as training material or represented as the participant’s own material without written permission from 2Ti.
10. Photography and media
Consent to use identifiable participant photographs or video for 2Ti marketing is requested separately from these compulsory registration terms. Declining optional media consent does not prevent participation in the programme.
11. Personal data
Personal information submitted during registration is handled in accordance with the 2Ti Privacy Notice and may be used for registration administration, payment administration, programme communications, attendance, certification and related operational purposes.
12. Accuracy of information
Participants are responsible for providing accurate registration information, including their name for certification, contact details and any information used to establish eligibility for a discounted rate.
